SHIPPING: Please allow 6-10 business days for delivery to accommodate candle preparation and shipping time. For faster service, we can ship by Next Day, 2 Day or 3 Day UPS. We will need your physical shipping address for UPS, no PO Boxes. Currently we do not ship outside of the United States.
OUR GUARANTEE: We strive to send you the largest variety of pure beeswax candles and other gifts in ideal condition. If any arrive damaged, we can credit your account or send a replacement or a refund.
RETURNS: We will accept return merchandise less 15% for restocking if we are notified within 30 days of receipt of order and merchandise is in its original packaging. Please contact us prior to return for authorization.
Shipping Materials: We collect and reuse Styrofoam peanuts, various paper packaging materials, bubble wrap and reusable boxes from gift stores and the food co-op. The dipped tapers are wrapped in tissue paper and recyclable cardboard. The pillars and figured candles are gift wrapped to protect their surfaces with a clear bag or cellophane with a descriptive card inside or attached with a gold ribbon.
